Wolverine reference in She-Hulk: Attorney at Law episode 2

Marvel Studios continues to tease the eventual appearance of the mutants in the MCU this time going with a Wolverine reference.

This appeared during a brief moment when Jennifer Walters was looking for a job after she was fired by her previous law firm after they lost the case due to a mistrial. This was brought about by Walters transforming into a Hulk and stopping a rampaging Titania.

In the website article we can see a Wolverine reference in She-Hulk where it reads that there was a man that fought in a bar fight with metal claws. This is so on-brand for Wolverine who we all know loves to get into fights in bars. The most recent was in an issue of the current Wolverine volume.

And then there’s also that moment from the first X-Men movie where Wolverine (Hugh Jackman) got into a fight in a bar with Anna Paquin’s Rogue looking on.

This wasnt the first mutant or X-Men reference in Marvel Studio’s Phase 5. At the end of Ms Marvel, Bruno discovers that Kamala Khan’s biology has some “mutation”.

In Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, we actually got to see Patrick Stewart reprise his role as Charles Xavier in a scene with the Illuminati.
