This is one of the many obscure characters from DC Comics and has appeared in a bunch of books in the past. He will be played by Nhut Le.

Peacemaker stars John Cena reprising his role as the titular mercenary and anti-hero. The show will also star Danielle Brooks as Leota Adebayo, Robert Patrick as Auggie Smith, Jennifer Holland as Emilia Harcourt, Steve Agee as John Economos, Freddie Stroma as Vigilante, Christopher Heyerdahl as Captain Locke, Chukwudi Iwuji as Clemson Murn, Lochlyn Munro as Larry Fitzgibbon, Annie Chang as Sophie Song, Elizabeth Faith Ludlow as Keeya, and Rizwan Manji as Jamil. The series will be available in January on HBO Max in the US and HBO Go in the Philippines and other Southeast Asian countries!
