What was Kid Loki’s Nexus Event – Loki episode 5 spoilers

One of the more curious things fans are wondering about the “new” characters introduced at the end of Loki episode 4 is what are their backstories. Now in the fifth episode of this Marvel Studios series, we find out what was Kid Loki’s nexus event.

Before we proceed, a quick SPOILER ALERT is in full effect…

After getting a quick introduction on who they are, what they are and where they are, our Loki, Tom Hiddleston, joins the foursome as they venture away into the safety of their bunker. Along the way, a very confused Hiddleston Loki tries to gain more information about the other Lokis in their party and he gets a surprise answer from the youngest of the group, Kid Loki.

This happens after Loki questions why they treat Kid Loki with the utmost respect to which classic Loki reveals that the Void they are currently in is the world that belonged to Kid Loki. Classic Loki even fires back at Loki for such disrespect.

Loki then asks what was Kid Loki’s nexus event, even referring to him as “Your majesty”. And the boy Loki immediately responds…

… that he killed Thor. This is what immediately turned his timeline into something that needs to be fixed or cut off from the rest of the timelines because there is no Thor. Thor wouldn’t grow up to slay Frost Giants nor be worthy enough to carry Mjolnir, lose Mjolnir, get banished to Midgard to learn some humility, join the Avengers and more.

My question now is how this happened to Kid Loki and why did the TVA or Time Variance Authority decide that this would become the void or the dumpsite for everything they prune within the confines of the TVA.

At least we all know how Classic Loki survived the incident with Thanos which killed the Loki from the sacred timeline.
