Jim Lee releases new art for Marvel vs DC Comics Ombinus and Amalgam Comics Omnibus
DC boss Jim Lee recently gave fanboys and fangirls a special treat with a look at the covers he did for the Marvel vs DC Comics Omnibus as well as the Amalgam Comics omnibus
The new piece features popular characters from both Marvel and DC Comics including Superman, Batman, Daredevil, Spider-Man, Wolverine, the Teen Titans, the X-Men, Hulk, Green Lantern, Captain America, Wonder Woman and even the Punisher. No official release date yet for the omnibus but you can definitely bank on this selling out immediately.
We also have another artwork done by Jim Lee featuring the Amalgam Comics character which was the end result of the stuff that happened in Marvel vs DC where for a brief period of time, the two universes were merged and created these fantastic heroes and villains including the flagship characters Spider-Boy (Spider-Man and Superboy amalgam) and Dark Claw (Wolverine and Batman mash-up)
I hope both these omnibus books don’t cost an arm and a leg but if it does, I can’t blame them.
