Apple TV releases new Monsterverse series Monarch: Legacy of Monster poster

Apple TV has released the new Monarch: Legacy of Monster poster featuring the big G himself, Godzilla together with series leads Kurt Russell and his son Wyatt Russell who play the same character through the decades!

The first two episodes of Monarch: Legacy of Monsters is set for release November 17 on Apple TV with new episodes coming every Friday until January 12. This series set in the Monsterverse is produced by Legendary Television. Cast includes Kurt Russell, Wyatt Russell, Anna Sawai, Kiersey Clemons, Ren Watabe, Mari Yamamoto, Anders Holm, Joe Tippett, Elisa Lasowski, and more.

Monarch: Legacy of Monsters Synopsis

“Following the thunderous battle between Godzilla and the Titans that leveled San Francisco and the shocking revelation that monsters are real, Monarch: Legacy of Monsters tracks two siblings following in their father’s footsteps to uncover their family’s connection to the secretive organization known as Monarch. Clues lead them into the world of monsters and ultimately down the rabbit hole to Army officer Lee Shaw (played by Kurt Russell and Wyatt Russell), taking place in the 1950s and half a century later where Monarch is threatened by what Shaw knows. The dramatic saga – spanning three generations – reveals buried secrets and the ways that epic, earth-shattering events can reverberate through our lives.”

Still waiting for the trailer to drop and certainly waiting for the series to be released. Hopefully we also get to see some new kaijus/ titans for the series including the ones that were briefly mentioned or revealed in Godzilla: King of the Monsters!
