13 Minute Gotham Knights Gameplay Video now online featuring Nightwing and Red Hood

Warner Bros Games Montreal has just released a 13 minute Gotham Knights gameplay video online and for this batch, we focus on two of Batman’s earliest proteges, Nightwing and Red Hood!

This was 13 minutes was worth the watch to be honest and there’s a lot to unpack. For starters we got to see more scenes of Nightwing and Red Hood with their own combat styles that’s different from each other. We already know that Nightwing would be doing more of acrobatics but we didnt really know how Red Hood’s melee and ranged attack style would work. Apparently its very cool.

There was also a highlight in mulitplayer or team up mode showing how strong the knights are when working together.

During the first few minutes of the gameplay video, we also see how in detail how each Gotham Knight traverses bigger areas. Nightwing has a glider to cover more “ground”…

… while Red Hood taps into his mystical background to produce green platforms for him to jump on…

We also got to see cutscenes without the heroes’ costumes with Dick Grayson and Jason Todd during their downtime in “The Belfry”.

They nailed Nightwing’s pretty boy looks right but the one that’s getting buzz is the game’s depiction of Red Hood/ Jason Tood. He looks bulkier and beefier as opposed to his comic book counterpart that has the same build as Dick Grayson.

They also showcased a mission involving vehicles where players get to take down a moving vehicle before proceeding to whip criminal ass on foot.

Lastly, I love the costumes that you switch on between missions. I wasn’t expecting to see that but there we go.

Gotham Knights is coming October 2022 for the PC, Playstation 5, Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S!
