New Loki clip shows Loki as D.B. Cooper and introduces the TVA

Marvel Studios and Disney+ released a sizzle reel/ exclusive clip for the TV series Loki which stars Tom Hiddlestone who may or may not be D.B. Cooper.

And yes, that totally looks like a recreation of the mysterious case of D.B. Cooper, a man who held a plane hostage and jumped off it, never to be seen again. That was compelling mystery right there…

But even cooler is the fact that he gets zapped by Heimdal and the Bifrost as he jumps out of the plane, giving another explanation why Cooper was never found even after an exhaustive manhunt was ordered.

There’s a lot to unpack here so I’ll be back to do a rundown of things that we may or may not have spotted.

Loki is set for release May 2021 exclusively on Disney+ and will star Owen Wilson and Gugu Mbatha-Raw.
