She-Hulk gets her own hammer – Empyre # 1 Spoilers

Jennifer Walters aka She-Hulk gets a new hammer in the pages of Marvel’s new mega-event Empyre. Check out what went down with Shulkie and her new weapon in this Empyre # 1 spoilers post.

We’ve already seen Ghost Rider create his own hammer against Thor and now it looks like a team mate also gets her own hammer as seen in Empyre # 1. In this segment the Cotati Swordsman offers Jen a weapons that she could use in their impending fight between the Skrulls and the Kree who are going after Quoi.

She is apparently given a hammer forged by the Cotati…

It’s like a tool that she wields to control her rage and get her own version of “Smart Hulk”. Not to mention, she use it in fights. But her not-yet-boyfriend Thor is very apprehensive about this hammer and its origins and its true effects to her body.

We also later see Shulk doing a fast-ball special with Swordsman when the Kree-Skrull armada appearing in the Blue Area of the Moon.

Too bad it looks like this promising weapon is going to be her own downfall what with the ending of Empyre # 1. What do you guys think of this whole development where She-Hulk gets her own hammer?
