New Promotional Artworks for Marvel’s INCOMING!

We kinda know that Marvel is doing a new event book early 2020 and its going to be called INCOMING and that its going to be part murder mystery and a whodunit but aside from that, we don’t have a clue as to how this will affect the Marvel Universe. We didnt even have promo art till the other day when Marvel officially released these four promo artworks.

Most of the promotional artworks for the new series prominently features Spider-Man, The Avengers, The Fantastic Four and the X-Men, the beings I fondly call the four corners of the Marvel U.

This cover above is also one I really dig because it once again puts Jessica Jones in the spotlight as one of the top detectives in the Marvel Universe. Whether this is just a promotional thing or something that will actually happen in the story is still not clear at the moment.

The one above also teases a potential segment with the classic Avengers with their more powerful lineup including the comic book founders and the MCU founding team.

I’m apprehensive though with another event book from Marvel as I feel War of the Realms didn’t really shake up anything or change the status quo. It just made noise and rattled a bit and serves as the platform to bring back mjolnir for Thor and turn Jane Foster into Valkyrie.

Speaking of Jason Aaron, this new project kind of reminds me of the old Original Sin story line which saw a select cast of characters solve the murder of Uatu the Watcher which blows up after several Original Sins have been revealed to other heroes including Reed Richards sabotaging The Thing’s return to his human form.
