Star Wars Theory Suggests The Mandalorian’s Razor Crest was in THAT scene in Rise of Skywalker

Here’s a new Star Wars theory that suddenly popped up online regarding a subtle appearance of The Mandalorian in that epic scene from Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker.

So ok, there’s the context for this scene.

SPOILER ALERT

So in the climax of Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker, Lando Calarissian and Chewbacca takes on a mission to rally the galaxy against the returning Emperor Palpatine and his fleet of Star Destroyers equipped with planet killing capability, upping the ante.

Now just like the clear cut winner for this year, Avengers: Endgame, we get to see the Millennium Falcon suddenly appear out of nowhere together with thousands of ships. And in one scene, it seems like the Mandalorian’s ship, the Razor Crest, is believed to have appeared in this scene.

I don’t know about you guys but even if I want to believe that that was the Razor Crest, the entire ship looks different from that of the Disney+ bounty hunter and father figure to Baby Yoda.

The engine placement’s different and the shape also looks thinner from the angle we see it during that epic moment from TROS. The timeline does kind of fit in though as The Mandalorian is set after the events of Return of the Jedi and before The Force Awakens. So it would be a big possibility that The Mandalorian (played by Pedro Pascal) could be around by the time Lando rallied the troops for one big fight against “The Final Order”.
