Scott Snyder and Charles Soule working on a new project for Image Comics

Batman writer Scott Snyder and Wolverine scribe Charles Soule are banding together to release a new book for Image Comics.

Together with this megastar team up is Guiseppe Camuncoli who will be providing art for the unrevealed project.

And the plot is what really got me to post about it. The book will tell the story about an expedition mounted into the United States, 30 years after it had closed its borders. What has changed in 30 years? What’s the strange new world that this expedition is bound to encounter.

I’m hyped mostly because Snyder’s Image books are really good and because I want to see Charles Soule work on new creator-owned characters.
