During the world cup broadcast, we get to see the new Doctor Who teaser trailer featuring the thirteenth Doctor.

The Thirteenth Doctor is UK actress Jodie Whitaker, who was announced earlier as the new regeneration for the good time travelling doctor replacing Peter Capaldi who had a good two seasons or so.
Its also a good timing to release this at the height of World Cup fever. When all eyes are glued to the screens to see whether France or Croatia brings home the gold and the glory.
