Warner Bros. Pictures Asks the Green Lantern Power Ring Back from Ryan Reynolds

This weekend’s Deadpool 2 saw so much humor and violence and even gave the actor Ryan Reynolds a shot at some of his past mistakes including a scene which directly refers to his time as Green Lantern. Warner Bros. rode with the joke so now we have this.

Not going on spoilers here but there’s a particular scene in Deadpool 2 where they directly do something with Green Lantern and it was HILARIOUS. Definitely one of the higher parts of the movie which is now showing in theaters everywhere

There’s another one which also features Tomar-Re who in the comics became one of Hal Jordan’s friends and in the movie was just a generic fish guy voiced by Geoffrey Rush (or was it Gary Oldman?). In the tweet that WB put out, they were humorously asking for the Green Lantern Power Ring back. Take a look at it below:
