Shopee Called out as “Scammers” over BLACKPINK Tickets

BLACKPINK x Shopee isna thing tonight and thats all good. What’s not good are allegations against Shopee calling them scammers for changes in mechanics on getting tickets.

Here are Facebook statuses and screenshots from very angry fans.

#SHOPEESCAM is trending worldwide right now on Twitter due to several allegations concerning their event with BLACKPINK including:

1. BLINKs who followed the mechanics and spent A LOT of money, even amounting to 100k+ got their tickets cancelled.
2. There are fan accounts of people who tried to contact Shopee and they can hear staffs laughing at the background. A fan even heard someone call them “uto-uto”. Aside from being fooled, they felt like they were humiliated.
3. To dissapoint fans even more, some influencers who might not even be fans of the group were present. Did these people buy tons of items from Shopee to earn their spots too?
4. Recording and taking photos are prohibted. Meanwhile, some influencers are busy filiming vlogs. BLINKs see this as an unfair treatment.
5. Fans were not allowed to bring their albums and posters for BP to sign for them.
