Massively popular actress Maria Ozawa went to her Facebook account to rant about her awful experience with Uber and Grab drivers.
On her personal account she writes:

She could do the simplest way of booking rides on a public-only mobile phone. That’s a disposable prepaid number that she can throw away at anytime (and/or regularly).
If passenger deems a driver too aggressive or its gone to the realm of harrassment, users can also file a case on the respective brands. Uber in the Philippines anyway has better responses and reponse time over Grab.
Or she really needs to get a car. Cars are cheaper these days and knowing Metro Manila traffic, its become a necessity.
