BSB Junrose is bringing Michelin commercial tires to Philippine fleet operators following its appointment as one of Michelin’s new importer-distributors in the country.
In this role, the company will serve commercial transportation and fleet customers. The appointment forms part of Michelin’s move from four to seven importer-distributors in the Philippines, creating more specialized channels for different vehicle and industrial applications.
The Michelin commercial tire range available through the new distributor will initially focus on specific vehicle applications in the Philippine market.
“BSB Junrose is strengthening its role in commercial mobility by supporting fleet operators in selected critical areas that contribute to vehicle reliability, uptime and operational efficiency,” said Ian Bangayan, President of BSB Junrose. “The addition of Michelin commercial tires expands that capability into another essential area of fleet operations.”
For fleet operators, tire performance can affect more than road grip. Rolling resistance can influence fuel consumption, while proper inflation, load matching and the use of tires suited to a vehicle’s operating conditions can help manage tread wear, durability and service life. Across an entire fleet, these factors can have a direct bearing on operating costs and vehicle availability.
To support these decisions, fleet customers will receive product information and guidance based on the Michelin commercial tires available through the company.
Expanding commercial fleet support
The appointment opens a new tire category within the company’s commercial-vehicle business. Michelin commercial tires complement the batteries, lubricants, grease, clutches, bearings and selected engine components through which it currently helps keep fleets moving.
The partnership strengthens its ability to support businesses that depend on reliable vehicle operations while helping Michelin reach commercial segments as the country’s mobility and logistics requirements continue to grow.

The partnership is being presented to fleet operators and other industry audiences at Transport & Logistics Philippines 2026 at the BSB Junrose booth, Booths 208–209.
Visitors can learn more about the Michelin commercial tires being introduced, their intended vehicle applications and how they complement the company’s existing aftermarket support for commercial fleets.
