Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire IMAX Poster

Warner Bros Pictures has released a new Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire IMAX poster.

The new IMAX poster features a different angle featuring former enemies Godzilla and Kong charging into battle in the desert with the Pyramids of Giza in the foreground. We also see Kong wearing his “Infinity Gauntlet” brace which replaces his dorsal axe which is rumored to be lost withing the first half of the film, a mistake that also gives Skar King an advantage during their initial fight.

The film will open in the Philippines starting March 30 from Legendary and Warner Bros Pictures.

In this movie, a new threat has emerged in Kong’s Hollow Earth called the Skar King. Kong is forced to team up once more with Godzilla. The King of the Monsters also has his plate full with a new Titan emerging named Shimo who has been able to take him down and could potentially take him down personally.

The film is directed by Adam Wingard.
