Niightmare Esports are the Champions of M Challenge Cup S2, qualifies to M5 Wild Card Stage
BANGKOK, 23 September – Niightmare Esports is the second team to qualify for the M5 Wild Card stage happening in Malaysia! The squad fought their way up in the M Challenge Cup Mekong Season 2 Grand Finals, offline at Central World Mall, against CRIT x EVO in a thrilling best-of-seven (BO7) series. Dashing the latter team’s dreams of qualifying for the M5 Wild Card stage, Niightmare Esports delivered with a clean sweep of 4-0.
Both teams showcased a great display of sportsmanship after the Grand Finals, Laos rivals Niightmare Esports expressing their appreciation to the the home team (CRIT x EVO).
The Grand Finals took place offline in front of a crowd of 200 attendees that witnessed the epic finale and the crowning of Niightmare Esports. Along with the M5 Wild Card Stage qualification, the Laos squad also received a cash prize of over USD 3,000+.
