McFarlane Toys Superman vs Ultraman 2-Pack announced
Here’s a look at the upcoming McFarlane Toys DC Multiverse Superman vs Ultraman 2-pack.
For me this was supposed to be cool but the Superman figure that comes with it looks too much like the human version of Shrek.
The figure also looks weird when you compare it to the Ultraman figure. And here’s a closer look at the head sculpt for the Superman figure.
But the Ultraman figure definitely looks like a must-have for Superman figure collector.
Not on the body sculpt though but the head is good…
And the base that comes along with the McFarlane Toys DC Multiverse Superman vs Ultraman 2-pack is interesting too.
Obviously we know who Superman is as the premiere superhero from DC Comics and the head of the Justice League / Justice League of America. Ultraman on the other hand isn’t the Japanese iconic Tokusatsu character but rather an evil version of Superman who also leads the Earth-3 superteam known as the Crime Syndicate or Crime Syndicate of America. Unlike Superman, Ultraman grows stronger when exposed to Kryptonite.
In recent stories, Ultraman is going on a rampage in the DC Multiverse killing other versions of Superman with only Jonathan Kent aka Superboy able to stop him.
