Trese producer celebrates series’ 2nd year anniversary, potentially teasing more in the future
It has already been 2 years since the release of Trese on Netflix and since then the series has garnered critical acclaim and new fans of the books and now the show’s producer posted something that could start the road for Trese season 2.
Here’s what producer Tanya Yuson wrote on her Facebook account.
She thanked the people who supported the series both when it started as well as the new fans they got along the way. But the really juicy part we can sink our aswang fangs into is the last bit where she says “this journey is far from over”.
While there’s no real news yet for Trese season 2 those last few words from the Yuson stands as a beacon of light against the creatures of the night.
Hopefully they release more Trese news soon because we need more especially after that ending and that “post-credit” scene of theirs at the end.
Trese is an anime style series produced by Netflix based on the works of Budjette Tan and Kajo Baldisimo. The series features the voices of Shay Mitchell and Liza Soberano both sharing voice duties for Alexandra Trese, as well as Nicole Scherzinger ,Dante Basco, Steve Blum, Darren Criss, Lou Diamond Phillips and more. It is currently still available on Netflix for streaming, running for one season with 8 episodes. The series was directed by Jay
