Stephanie McMahon resigns as WWE co-CEO

Stephanie McMahon resigns as WWE co-CEO as movement continues with the eventual sale of the WWE and just after the return of her father Vince McMahon.

So the saga goes as follows, Vince McMahon was caught in a scandal involving hush money and was sued by investors. VKM resigns from the WWE and his daughter Stephanie McMahon took the role as Co-CEO with Nick Khan. Triple H / Paul Levesque returns from his hiatus to assume the position as Chief Content Officer. In recent news, it was revealed that Vince McMahon is returning to help facilitate the sale of the WWE to its new corporate overlord (whoever that may be).

There is a promise of Stephanie’s return to the fold but for now, she’s officially out of the company.
