New Final Fantasy XVI trailer – Dominance reveals game’s release date

Square Enix has released a new Final Fantasy XVI trailer titled Dominance as part of the Playstation State of Play showcase.

Along with the “Dominance” trailer, we also get some legit confirmation from the game’s producer, Naoki Yoshida, that the production for the game is currently at the last leg and that the production team are just polishing the game.

And yes, the worst fears have been confirmed for Playstation 5 nonhavers, the next installment of the long running title will be released exclusively for the Sony Playstation 5. Its still up in the air whether or not they will also be releasing the game on PC.

The game will be directed by Hiroshi Takai who also worked on Final Fantasy XIV which should show some promise and give instant pedigree for the JRPG title.
