This video is allegedly from #Makati. This is very alarming. Imagine the paranoia this can cause, plus the already existing vaccine hesitancy among our people. We hope the LGU can provide some clairification SOON. ctto pic.twitter.com/8BLKe7fWv5

This has totally gotten people freaked out over the incident.
According to Makati City mayor Abby Binay, this was erroneously administered by a volunteer nurse in a vaccination site in Makati but after the video was taken, they re-administered the dose to the patient.
Mayor Abby Binay confirms that the viral video on social media was taken in Makati City, saying what happened was human error as the volunteer nurse forgot to administer the COVID vaccine as seen on the video. “That was immediately corrected.” (📸: Laging Handa) | @iamjelsantos pic.twitter.com/gOXLrkE4MN
