WandaVision Trailer 2 continues to tease House of M-like storyline

Disney+ releases WandaVision trailer 2 which continues to showcase the solo series featuring Elizabeth Olsen‘s Scarlet Witch and Paul Bettany’s The Vision!

This series also stars Teyonah Parris, Kat Dennings, Randall Park and Kathryn Hahn. The first episode is expected to drop January 15, 2021 and will be directed by Matt Shakman.

Some additional thoughts for this trailer.

My biggest takeaway here is that this could be shrunk down version of House of M, where Wanda’s powers goes completely bonkers and she just warps the entire world turning mutants into the dominant species and taking over society. Wolverine and a handful of heroes turn back things to what they were and succeed but damning the mutants further when Wanda utters the now infamous words “No More Mutants”.

In Wandavision though, it looks like its a small town that gets warped and agents are trying to break into the barrier that they made which is why they brought in Kat Dennings’ Darcy and Randall Park’s Jimmy Woo from Ant-Man and the Wasp.

We get to see some confirmation that the grown-up Monica Rambeau (the little girl in Captain Marvel) will be part of the special team that is investigating what happened to this town that’s been reality warped by Wanda Maximoff aka Scarlet Witch. We can see her knocking in the door and asking how Wanda is but doesn’t remember her name.

We also get to see the Mind Stone interacting with Wanda which has been awhile; Avengers: Infinity War to be exact…

And there are also more proof that they could be bringing in the Twins namely Speed and Wiccan as seen in one scene which also involves butterflies, which is a visual representation for souls.
