Lady Sif actress Jamie Alexander is flying to Atlanta; could she be joining the Loki series?

Here’s an interesting new bit for today. Apparently Thor actress Jamie Alexander posted an update on her Instagram account letting people know that she’s flying down to Atlanta.

So if you follow how Marvel Studios produces it’s movies, you’ll know that they like to keep things locked down in one place as much as possible. And they always wanted to shoot in Atlanta where they get massive tax cuts if they do it there. IIRC Avengers Infinity War and Avengers Endgame had a lot of scenes shot there.

So now seeing Jamie Alexander going to Atlanta and realizing the timing of her visit, its great speculation fodder to think that she’s secretly joining the production of the Disney Plus show Loki starring Tom Hiddleston.

And it makes perfect sense too because Lady Sif or Sif can figure in the story one way or another. She could even be an ally to Loki or a means to get what he wants. Details are scarce and from what we know the Loki series is going to be just Loki doing all sorts of mischief especially since he got the Tesseract after Iron Man and Ant-Man botched it’s extraction during Avengers: Endgame.

There are also fans who are really wishing that Alexander would also post something about going on a trip to Australia where Thor: Love and Thunder is being shot.
