Get your gaming feels on with this 5-Minute Opening for Final Fantasy VII Remake

Get your gaming feels back on when you watch this 5-minute opening for Final Fantasy VII remake for the Playstation 4 from Square Enix.

They really weren’t kidding when they said they were doing a “remake” because not only did they do a shot-for-shot from the original game, they added some little neat stuff here and there too like the scene of the Mako energy exploding and even that classic scene in the train station where we meet the game’s protagonist Cloud Strife and his mission with AVALANCHE. What I’m not sure though is whether players can still customize Cloud’s name now that there’s added voice acting. Probably not. But let’s see.

Seeing a massively upgraded Aerith going around Midgar and feeling her pain when she loses one of the flowers she was selling. Then there’s also the music which gives us hints of Sephiroth’s theme “One Winged Angel” makes several “cameos”. The game was supposed to be released around March 2020 but Square Enix made an announcement about releasing the game for an April 2020 window.
