This Teenage Darna Might be the Comic Book Series We All Need!

Artist Tristan Yuvienco shared something today that made me actually want to read a Darna comic book religiously, a high school level teenage Darna/ Narda.

The artist, ditches the sexy look that Mar Ravelo’s creation has been known for for decades already and gets a more “armored” look that fits her high school iteration. I’m definitely down to read some Teenage Darna, because of Kamala Khan aka Miss Marvel made it big why not have a local, better version with enough teen angst you can slice a hot butter knife with.

You know what, let’s get this done because we need more komiks in our daily lives. Plus it will be a good way to kinda prep us for the Star Cinema Darna movie which features Liza Soberano.
