One of 2017’s biggest games Nioh will be getting some neat updates this coming May including a new Nioh PVP update.

 

Koei Tecmo has announced that the the Nioh PVP update together with the first paid downloadable for the NIOH DLC entitled ‘Dragon of the North’. Both the Nioh PVP update and the DLC will be released May 2, 2017. This new DLC will let gamers as Tecmo puts it, “venture deep into Japan’s embattled Northern provinces”. Some of the new content for ‘Dragon of the North’ includes:

  • New weapon types
  • New scenarios
  • New characters
  • New guardian spirits
  • New yokai
  • New stages

There’s also a NIOH season pass that would be made available for roughly $24.99. Get the Nioh season pass to get all three expansions including the soon to be released ‘Dragon of the North’. Other DLCs down the pipeline include ‘Bloodshed’s End’ and ‘Defiant Honor’. All for the Playstation 4.

Nioh is available now worldwide for PlayStation 4.
