Araneta Center Giant Tree Lightning Ceremony Means Its Christmas Time Again Folks!

Araneta Center Giant Tree Lightning Ceremony happened last Friday, November 4 and it means that Christmas is just around the corner.

Christmas is a memorable time for Filipinos as it does a lot of things to a lot of people. It evokes the feelings of nostalgia as we remember all the good times we’ve had during Christmas celebrations with the family. We remember our childhood and we get to feel this sense of hope and joy. There is really nothing more heartfelt and memorable than a  “Paskong Pinoy”.

To mark that special holiday, Araneta Center once again kicks off the Holiday cheer by lighting the 100-foot Christmas tree located at the Gateway Food Park, just besid the Smart Araneta Coliseum.

The Araneta Center Giant Tree Lightning was also packed with a lot of Kapamilya stars who graced the evening to make the event twice as fun and interesting.

The other stars who were present includes Loisa Andalio and Inigo Pascual. The ‘Goin Bulilit’ kids who were present includes Mutya Orquia, Nhickzy Calma, Marco Masa, Izzy Canillo and Xyriel Manabat. Pinoy Big Brother current and past housemates who were attendance for the Araneta Center Giant Christmas Tree lighting ceremony includes Maris Racal, Vivoree Esclito and Marco Gallo.

Before the main lighting ceremony, Vice Ganda together with some of the representatives of the Binibining Pilipinas foundation (Nicole Cordoves, Jennifer Hammond and Maxene Medina) also brought up to the stage street children from the He Cares Mission to experience the joys of lighting the tree.

To really get the Christmas spirit going, Araneta Center is also giving away a new Isuzu mu-X to a lucky patron while 10 other patrons will get an overnight stay at the Novotel Manila Araneta Center. This promo “Feel the Ride” Christmas promo will run from November 4, 2016 to January 15, 2017. Shoppers are automatically eligible to join with a single receipt purchase worth Php 1000.
