You read the headline right, you won’t be able to ride a UV Express FX or van along the roads anymore startinf next week.
Above you can read the memorandum that the LTFRB issued regarding the way UV expresses will take on passengers.
The tl;dr version is that commuters can only be picked up by UV Express vans and FX units from designated terminals. Even if you hail one along EDSA or C5 or anywhere else, the drivers are not allowed to pick you up.
If they get caught by authorities including people from LTFRB, tickets could go for around php5,000.
