Superman World Tour Announced with Manila as First Stop

Warner Bros Pictures and DC Comics has announced the Superman world tour to promote the James Gunn movie starring David Corenswet as the Man of Steel.

The announcement was first done through director James Gunn’s Instagram account followed by the poster and the a video announcement/ trailer.

We can expect key members from the film to fly to the Philippines including director James Gunn, DC Studios’ Peter Safran, Superman/ Clark Kent David Corenswet, Rachel Brosnahan who plays Lois Lane, Nicholas Hoult who plays Lex Luthor and a previous visitor to the Philippines. During their visit, the team will meet their Filipino fans in a fan event at the SM Mall of Asia Music Hall on June 19.

Gunn has said about “Superman”: “This project is more than just a movie to me. It’s a story about humanity, about what it means to be a hero in a world that doesn’t always make it easy to be one. I can’t wait for you to see it. The heart, the action, and the incredible performances from David Corenswet, Rachel Brosnahan, Nicholas Hoult and the entire cast.”

Superman will drop in cinemas and IMAX on July 9
