So it’s revealed that the two mysterious figures that have been playing chess with the Marvel Universe is actually Maximus the Mad of the Inhumans and the Grand Master. It’s revealed that they had started a game a year ago with Grandmaster taking it as a challenge to disrupt the galaxy just for shits and giggles. 12 months later, he and Maximus meet up again and Grandmaster claims that he won the bet.
Grandmaster thought that he was winning but then again a portal opens and out comes…
Blackbolt and Lockjaw have returned in the current Marvel universe.
The idea of Blackbolt appearing is that he’s going to stop Grandmaster from undoing the chaos that he had done. It looks like they want all the death and war and mistrust stay the same as part of their goal of bringing back the Inhumans and their lost empire. Maximus was also in on this and the mad genius looks on as Blackbolt uses his power to assault the Grandmaster…
Maximus is a little hesitant with what will happen next and asks his brother if they could take a side trip before going through with their plan but Blackbolt objects and Maximus is forced to continue with their next step – bringing back the Inhuman empire.
