Here’s our first look at the upcoming Godzilla Minus One Nendoroid by Good Smile Company!
Product Description:
Survive and Fight
From the film “Godzilla Minus One” comes Nendoroid Godzilla (2023)! It features jaws that can be opened and closed as well as articulated eyes.Optional parts:
· Interchangeable dorsal plates
· Atomic breath effect
· Other optional parts for different poses.
The nendoroid figure is based on Godzilla’s appearance in the critically-acclaimed Godzilla Minus One film and has a bunch of articulation and alternate parts. The biggest alternates here are the fins which can be swapped out to the blue version that lighted up before Godzilla destroyed the city with his atomic breath in the film.
The atomic breath accessory also comes with the fiery blue color similar to the fins.
I also noticed that the eyes on Godzilla can be replaced or moved around at the very least…
Another reason to get the Nendoroid Godzilla Minus One is it’s insane articulation. Check this one below:
I just hope we can get a sleeping Godzilla like the one from the Monsterverse with this figure.
Lastly we also get a good paper accessory in this figure which has also just opened its preorder this week.
Godzilla Minus One was released in 2023 and stars Ryunosuke Kamiki as a former kamikaze pilot suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder after encountering the giant monster Godzilla. The supporting cast includes Minami Hamabe, Yuki Yamada, Munetaka Aoki, Hidetaka Yoshioka, Sakura Ando, and Kuranosuke Sasaki. The film was written and directed by Takashi Yamazaki. A new film is currently in the works titled Godzilla Minus Zero and will be set years after the defeat of Godzilla with the imminent return of the King of Monsters who is most likely attacking the USA this time if we’re to believe the initial posters and visuals.
