So what happens when Final Fantasy’s Tetsuya Nomura was given the reigns to redesign DC’s The Joker? The answer is we get a pretty cool looking Play Arts Kai Joker figure!
This is the DC COMICS VARIANT PLAY ARTS KAI JOKER
It’s got The Joker wearing a suit together with a weird wheelchair/ exoskeleton that helps prop him up and makes this…
… look very convincing.
Nomura, who is also directing the upcoming Square Enix game Kingdom Hearts 3, has several ideas in his head for Batman’s archenemy. I feel you can actually do a video game starring the Joker and be able to use all of these accessories…
My personal favorite though would have to be the Red Hood head swap in this set.
A close personal second would be the demonic head swap…
The Tetsuya Nomura designed DC COMICS VARIANT PLAY ARTS KAI JOKER will retail in the US for around $299, would be around the same price in the Philippines.
