Garena’s self-developed Choppy Cuts is now available on Steam, introducing a co-op hairdressing party game designed around teamwork, quick coordination, and the dynamic pace of a busy salon. Built for shared play, the experience challenges players to communicate clearly and adapt on the fly as tasks overlap and the tempo steadily increases.
At its core, Choppy Cuts centres on cooperative problem-solving, with players juggling customer orders and staying in sync as the salon grows busier. The result is a social, replayable experience where clear communication and quick execution go hand in hand.

To mark the launch, Garena has also introduced a limited-time crossover event in Free Fire. During the campaign, Free Fire players can complete missions to unlock Choppy Cuts-inspired rewards, including a unique hairstyle, Gloo Wall, duo emote, and a hairdryer-reskinned weapon skin. A virtual hair salon pop-up will also be available to explore on the Bermuda map throughout the event period.

Originally developed through Garena’s internal game jam culture, Choppy Cuts was shaped by a focus on shared play and playful competition. Designed as a standalone creative experience, the game blends coordination and humour into sessions built for repeat play. At launch, Choppy Cuts offers over 50 levels and 11 playable characters, each bringing distinct abilities into the salon.
Priced at USD 16.99, Choppy Cuts is available now on Steam in over 10 languages, including English, Thai, Vietnamese, Indonesian, Chinese, Spanish, Portuguese, French, Japanese, Korean, Turkish, and more. Early players can purchase the game at a limited-time 15% launch offer.
