The Herta Drip Marketing has been released

HoYoVerse has dropped The Herta drip marketing in order to promote an upcoming 5-star character for Honkai Star Rail.

Here’s what they wrote for The Herta aka Herta Prime

The writers from the Intelligentsia Guild wanted to give me an extra title. Something like “Herta Prime” to separate me from my puppets. How banal. Are the puppets not “me” as well? So, I gave them a suggestion — if they dared to write that, then I would call myself THE Herta. It’s short, simple, straight to the point, and elegant.

It’s said that she lives in the far edge of the Cosmos, almost never leaving. Sounds like her appearance this time…

So what’s the deal with another Herta?

The Herta is going to be a 5-star character and is the real honest-to-goodness Herta who owns the space station and also controls the Herta puppets that we’ve been seeing throughout Honkai Star Rail. Even in the lore, it’s been revealed that she’s a recluse and is hidden deep in the cosmos. But maybe what happens in the future patches of the game will force her to leave the confines of her hideout and interacting with The Nameless and the rest of the universe.
