First Look at Magic the Gathering x Marvel cards

Somebody just leaked a number of images featuring the upcoming Magic the Gathering x Marvel set including fan favorites like Captain America and Wolverine.

If you remember earlier this year Marvel and Wizards of the Coast made the announcement with a 2025 release date  but it looks like they are starting their initial run with Secret Lair cards featuring heroes like Wolverine…

… And Captain America.

And looking at the Wolverine card alone, he looks ready to crush opponents and other players with double damage. Meanwhile the Captain America card will need some equipment to really deal heavy damage but as is with a 4/4 level he’s a pretty competent creature card to use.

The leaked image also features other notable Avengers like Iron Man and Black Panther..

Meanwhile the main MTG has just finished Bloomburrow and is entering the horror / haunted house trope with their upcoming set called Duskmourn: House of Horror with some packs already hitting stores as pre-orders.

And yes this might be those really pricey Secret Lairs set but who cares, this collaboration is a dream come true so it might be time to get your wallets out and preorder.
