The mysterious The Shorekeeper will be the next 5 Star character that players can pull in Kuro Games’ Wuthering Waves, particularly Wuthering Waves version 1.3

The Shorekeeper might be poised to be an ally for Rover as they have the same goals. Two allies who have referenced Black Shore and The Shorekeeper were Aalto and Encore back to when they first introduced themselves to Rover and the rest of the gang. And she has randomly popped up in cut scenes for the main quest, so maybe she’s helping Rover from the shadows.
