TNC has gone through a lot of changes and “upgrades” since its start witha traditional computer shop in 2007. Since then they have created other concept places like TNC High Grounds Cafe in 2017 with a high-end gaming with a cozy dining experience followed by TNC Ground Zero in 2018 and TNC Premium Cafe in 2020.

The TNC Study Hub is a fresh combination of being a study place or a co-working space right in front of University of Sto. Tomas. echoing the idea of Gaming and Beyond encapsulating the company’s commitment to breaking boundaries and exploring new frontiers. It’s also a sign of diversifying the gaming experience for both casual and gaming communities.

During the key note speech for the opening, TNC has also stated that they are not only creating new experiences but also improving on their initial services including customer service, store activities, store experience, business partnerships and more. For example, they do not tolerate rude or disrespectful staff members and they are investing in customer service training. They are aslo constantly fixing the way to handle and deal with customer complaints. The store experience aspects means that they are also trying to innovate the look and feel of their stores whether its on the gaming aspect or the food and ambiance.

The TNC Study Hub seems very promising especially for students who are in themselves going for “gaming and beyond”. Hopefully this gets more of these stores down the line but in the foreseeable future TNC plans of opening more stores near major schools and universities with UST being the first the enjoy the perks.
