Shadow the Hedgehog has been teased with this Sonic the Hedgehog 3
Here’s our first look at Shadow the Hedgehog for the upcoming Sonic the Hedgehog 3 movie which is coming soon
We can definitely see those cool looking kicks that Shadow has been known to wear throughout his appearance in the various Sonic the Hedgehog games and it is really nice to see at least these kicks in live-action.
From what we know so far, Sonic 3 is scheduled for release December 2024 with the film’s principal photography starting around August 2023. But the film suffered delays as it was part of the time that the SAG-AFTRA and WGA strike occurred in Hollywood shelving the production for a few months while writers, actors and everybody in the SAG take part in the picket. But now it looks like things are picking up once more.
Sonic the Hedgehog 3 will be directed by Jeff Fowler and will feature the voices of Ben Schwartz as Sonic the Hedgehog, Colleen O’Shaughnessey as Miles “Tails” Prower and Idris Elba as Knuckles the Echidna. James Marsden and Tika Sumpter are also expected to return to their roles from the first two movies. The most important castmember however, Jim Carrey has yet to be confirmed to return to the project especially since he has already stated that Sonic the Hedgehog 2 will be the last movie he does where he played the role of Dr. Robotnik.
