Miss Universe Philippines 2023 Michelle Dee recently uploaded glam shots of her national costume and I think its cool and its very very Macross inspired.
Like, it’s one of those humanized Macross Valkyrie or Variable Fighters that we see in that series.
But you know what she really really resembles? The Kotobukiya Starscream statue that was released some time ago based on the design of Shunya Yamashita. Here’s what it looks like…
It’s actually nice to have this although I’m pretty sure there will be others who would say otherwise. Plus knowing that this is the Internet, there will be negative comments about the costume.
