A24 releases The Iron Claw trailer starring Zac Efron
A24 has released the first official The Iron Claw trailer starring Zac Efron based on the Von Erich family and their tragedy.

The film will be based on the lives of Von Erich wrestling family and stars Efron plays Kevin Von Erich and White portrays Kerry Von Erich, alongside Harris Dickinson as David Von Erich, Holt McCallany as Fritz Von Erich, Maura Tierney as the family’s matriarch Doris and Lily James as Kevin’s wife Pam. The film will be written and directed by Sean Durkin.
So spoiler alert, only the last of the Von Erich brothers, Kevin Von Erich lived to grow old. The brothers fell one by one either by their own hands or through accidents with some foul play raised by the Von Erichs camp.
You can even expect to see a familiar wrestling icon or two in the trailer, one that has retired and had recently backtracked on his decision to retire.
The film is coming December 2023 but given how films are shown in the Philippines, this might be pushed over to a January 2024 release and that it could be “hopefully” picked up by local distributor TBA Studios, same people who brought us Everything Everywhere All At Once starring Michelle Yeoh and Loki season 2 newcomer Ke Huy Quan.
