Our Top Tekken Player, AK, denied a US Visa for the third time
The Philippines’ top Tekken competitive player AK shared the sad news that he has been denied a third time from getting a US Visa.
In a Facebook post on his FB page, he had this to say:
AK whose real name is Alexandre Laverez has been a long time member of the Playbook Esports team or PBE for competitive Tekken esport games.
He officially went pro in 2014 and is still competing until to date representing the Philippines.
He initially started playing with Tekken Tag Tournament but really gained fame when he competed in Tekken Tag Tournament 2 at the 2013 King of Iron Fist Global Tournament. PBE AK finished 2nd place at the WEGL Super Fight Invitational where Qudans.
He also placed 2nd at EVO Japan 2019 getting trounced by Arslan Ash.
