The Origin of Spider-Rex

One of the more interesting characters that have been developed since Spider-Verse was this cool Spider-Rex character that also managed to make an appearance in the upcoming Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse.

Spider-Rex first appeared in Edge of Spider-Verse # 1 written by Karla Pacheco and Pere Perez for art. Rex’s appearance in the single issue doesn’t really give us the actual visuals for the origin of Pter Ptarker as Spider-Rex but we do get a nice adventure where we see dinosaur versions of classic characters like Mary Jane Watson, Eddie Brock aka Venom, Kraven the Hunter and even Uncle Ben and Aunt May Parker.
