EA and Marvel sign partnership for three games starting with an Iron Man game

Big news for Marvel fans and gamers as it was recently announced that EA and Marvel sign partnership for three games starting with an Iron Man game.

There’s very little details announced by EA other than the aforementioned Iron Man game and two other projects that have yet to be worked on.

For the most part we need a new Iron Man game seeing that the last Iron Man game that was published and released in the market was the 2013 Iron Man 3 movie tie-in game. So that’s just less than a dozen Iron Man games in existence and most of them are out of print already. I do take solace in the fact that we have that awesome Playstation 1 title Iron Man and X-O Manowar in Heavy Metal.

Let’s just hope that this partnership would be better than the last one, which was Square Enix, who did that polarizing Avengers game which is still surprisingly keeping afloat despite negative feedback from critics and casual gamers.
