Squid Game season 2 is officially happening after months of speculations on whether Netflix will really push through with it. Here’s what Netflix revealed in a recent promotional material.

Squid Game creator and director Hwang Dong-hyuk did promise that there will be a number of characters returning namely Gi-Hun, the Frontman and even Young-Hee’s boyfriend.

Here’s what Hwang Dong-Hyuk wrote together with the announcement for the next season.

I wonder what twisted games will be introduced in the next season and how can Gi-Hun win the game this time without the help of the old man. Plus who will be the new characters introduced and what can our protagonist do to ensure they make it to the end?
