Filipino-made FPS Project Xandata available for Early Access starting March!

Heads up Filipino gamers! The Pinoy-made FPS game Project Xandata is coming to your homes this March as an Early Access game!

The game is being developed by Secret 6 Inc who was also part of the development behind massively popular games like The Last Of Us, Uncharted, Tomb Raider, and The Witcher 3. The game also looks and feels like a cool mix between Overwatch and Quake if I’m totally being honest.

The bigger difference is that the game focuses on 3v3 matches as opposed to other FPS like Counter-Strike or Overwatch which is usually 5v5. When pressed, the developers wanted to have a faster game turnover and the 3v3 format easily solves that. Less than waiting for the round to end and more running and gunning which makes total sense.

The designs for Project Xandata are also top-notch whether its the characters or even the cutscenes. It’s got this nice Megaman/Rockman aesthetic to it with A LOT of Filipino flavor and flair especially when it comes to the lore and elements for the story.

The game was revealed back in 2016 at the Electronic Sports and Gaming Summit or ESGS and has developed both an international and local following and even won awards since its official announcement including awards from the Game Connection America and more. Now its ready to do open Beta Access to the public.

The event will feature the following a showmatch where FPS streamer will go head-to-head. There will also be a spotlight on the game’s first Season Pass. Finally, the launch event will feature raffle prizes for viewers.

There will also be a launch show happening on March 22 which will have a showmatch featuring various FPS streamers going head-to-head playing the game. The online launch show will also put the spotlight on the game’s first Season Pass. The online event “LFG! Project Xandata Launch Show” will also feature a raffle with the following prizes:
