McFarlane Toys DC Multiverse Hush
Here’s a look st the upcoming DC Multiverse Hush figure from McFarlane Toys.
The figure is based on the Batman villain’s first appearance in the Batman: Hush storyline written by Jeph Loeb and art by Jim Lee.
There’s no official word yet on when the action figure would come out but preorders are already open as announced at the McFarlane Toys Facebook page.
In the comics, Hush is actually Tommy Elliot, Bruce Wayne’s childhood friend who envied Bruce’s misfortune when his parents were murdered. He wanted Bruce’s situation to get his parents’ wealth. In the Hush storyline, Hush worked together with a bunch of Batman’s rogues gallery with the likes of the Joker, Riddler, Catwoman, and even manipulating his closest allies like Superman, Nightwing and more.
Also I want to point out that he looks hella dumb with those knives because in the books, he’s always seen using dual pistols. The character is obviously another victim of DC and Warner’s rule about making gun accessories for their characters. This is also the reason why Gotham Knights Red Hood doesn’t have guns and all he has is that silly finger gun parts.
