WWE’s The New Day show off their Green Ranger and White Ranger ring attire
The New Day has always been fanboys through and through and whether they are rapping about Pokemon or wearing Vegeta/Saiyan inspired attire, fans will always be on the lookout for what they will do next. So in a recent episode of Raw, they showed off their Power Rangers inspired gear.
Meanwhile the White Ranger came from the Japanese series Gosei Sentai Dairanger. Like I said, two different shows mixed into one for the Saban show.
The quick story here was that Tommy Oliver lost his Green Ranger powers some time in the series and when Zordon and the rest of the MMPR crew needed added firepower, they found a way to give Tommy an alternate source of power which also meant a brand new Zord and a new weapon called Saba.

In the photo above, we see Xavier Woods in the White Rangee outfit while former WWE champion Kofi Kingston wore an outfit that’s a nod to the Green Ranger.
Both of these costumes were attributed to the US actor Jason David Frank who played Tommy Oliver throughout the series.
In the Japanese version though, these two outfits came from different Super Sentai shows. The Green Ranger came from Zyuranger, the source for most of the footage for Mighty Morphin Power Rangers.
