Netflix Documentary “Mr. McMahon” announced covering the rise and fall of WWE’s Vince McMahon
Netflix has announced a new documentary about the former big boss of the WWE, Vince McMahon or better known as his in-ring personality Mr. McMahon.
Here’s the description for the upcoming documentary:
Mr. McMahon, a documentary series chronicling the rise and fall of the WWE’s controversial founder, is coming to Netflix on September 25. From Chris Smith, Executive Producer of Tiger King, and Bill Simmons.
Including interviews with McMahon prior to his resignation, his family, and some of the most iconic names in wrestling history. As well as the journalists who uncovered McMahon’s allegations.
So far details are scarce but we could assume that the documentary would cover most if not all of the scandals and misdeeds that McMahon has been stuck with through the decades. So in a nutshell that could include:
- the 90s steroids allegations
- his rape and sexual assault allegations
- his mistreatment of several wrestlers in the past
- his firing and subsequent return to power in the 2020s
- the hush money and sexual abuse case
If there’s anything I wish to see though for this documentary it would have to be hearing his “No Chance In Hell” for the last time.
